यस्य॑ हे॒तोः प्र॒च्यव॑ते॒ यक्ष्मः॑ कर्ण॒त आ॑स्य॒तः । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यंऽ ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे
yásya hetóḥ prácyavate yákṣmaḥ karṇatá āsyatáḥ | sárvaṁ śīrṣáṇyaṁ te rógaṁ bahír nírmantrayāmahe
From what cause soever the yakṣma is set a-slipping forth—by ear or by mouth—all thy cranial disease forth, outward, do we conjure away.
ไม่ว่าเพราะเหตุใด yakṣma (ยักษฺมะ) จะหลุดไหลออกไป—ทางหูหรือทางปากก็ตาม —โรคทั้งปวงที่เกิดในกะโหลกของท่าน เราขับไล่ด้วยมนตร์ให้ออกไปภายนอก ให้ห่างไกลไป.
