पञ्चौ॑दनः पञ्च॒धा वि क्र॑मतामाक्रं॒स्यमा॑न॒स्त्रीणि॒ ज्योतीं॑षि । ई॒जा॒नानां॑ सु॒कृतां॒ प्रेहि॒ मध्यं॑ तृ॒तीये॒ नाके॒ अधि॒ वि श्र॑यस्व

IAST Transliteration

páñcā́udanaḥ páñcadhā́ ví kramatām ākráṃsyamānas trī́ṇi jyótīṃṣi | ījānā́nāṃ sukṛtā́ṃ préhi mádhyaṃ tṛtī́ye nā́ke ádhi ví śrayasva ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Let the Fivefold Rice stride forth in five divisions; as it is advanced, (let it win) the three Lights. Go onward to the midst of the worshippers, of the well-doers; in the third heaven, thereon take thou thy settled seat.

Translation

ขอให้ “ข้าวห้าส่วน” (Pañcaudana) ก้าวออกไปเป็นห้าภาค; เมื่อถูกเคลื่อนไปข้างหน้า ขอให้ได้มาซึ่งแสงสว่างทั้งสาม จงก้าวไปสู่ท่ามกลางผู้บูชา ผู้ทำความดีทั้งหลาย; ในสวรรค์ชั้นที่สาม (nāka) จงตั้งมั่นในที่นั่งของตน ณ ที่นั้น.
