Sukta 9
एको गौरेक एकऋषिरेकं धामैकधाशिषः । यक्षं पृथिव्यामेकवृदेकर्तुर्नाति रिच्यते
éko gaúr éka ékaṛ́ṣir ékaṃ dhā́maikadhā́śiṣaḥ | yákṣaṃ pṛthivyā́m ekavṛ́d ekaṛ́tur nā́ti ricyate ||
One is the Cow, one is the One Seer; one is the Station, the Blessings are in one sole wise. The Yakṣa on Earth, of single circuit, of single season— it is not, in any wise, made void nor fails.
โคเป็นหนึ่ง ฤๅษีผู้เดียวก็เป็นหนึ่ง ฐาน/ที่สถิต (dhāman) เป็นหนึ่ง และพร/คำอธิษฐาน (āśis) ก็อยู่ในแบบเดียวอันหนึ่งเดียว ยักษะ (Yakṣa) บนแผ่นดิน ผู้มีการเวียนเพียงหนึ่ง ผู้มีฤดูกาลเพียงหนึ่ง—ท่านนั้นไม่ว่างเปล่า ไม่เสื่อมสูญเลย
