शु॒द्धाः पू॒ता यो॒षितो॑ य॒ज्ञिया॑ इ॒मा ब्र॒ह्मणां॒ हस्ते॑षु प्रपृ॒थक् सा॑दयामि । यत्का॑म इ॒दम॑भिषि॒ञ्चामि॑ वो॒ऽहमिन्द्रो॑ म॒रुत्वा॒न्त्स ददातु॒ तन्मे॑

śuddhā́ḥ pūtā́ yóṣito yajñíyā́ imā́ brāhmaṇā́ṃ hásteṣu prapṛthák sādayāmi | yátkā́ma idám abhiṣiñcā́mi vo ’hám índro marútvān sá dadātu tán me ||

Pure, cleansed, these women, meet for sacrifice—these I set down, each apart, in the hands of the Brahmans. With what desire I sprinkle this upon you, I—Indra with the Maruts—may he bestow that upon me.

สตรีเหล่านี้บริสุทธิ์ ชำระแล้ว เหมาะแก่พิธีบูชา—ข้าพเจ้าจัดให้นั่งแยกกัน ในมือของพราหมณ์ทั้งหลาย. ด้วยความปรารถนาใด ข้าพเจ้าพรมสิ่งนี้ลงบนพวกท่าน—ขออินทระ (Indra) ผู้มีมารุต (Marut) เป็นสหาย ประทานสิ่งนั้นแก่ข้าพเจ้า
