अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

ด้วยทรัพยากรของพวกสมรู้ร่วมคิด สามารถ ‘จัดวาง’ กษัตริย์ตาบอดไว้ที่ใดก็ได้—คือจับให้นั่งและควบคุมได้.
