Transliteration

parodvega-kāraṇād vā dāṇḍakarmika-vac ceṣṭeta

Translation

หรือเพื่อไม่ให้ผู้อื่นตื่นตระหนก ควรปฏิบัติเหมือนเจ้าหน้าที่ลงโทษ—ดำเนินการอย่างเคร่งครัดตามบทบัญญัติกฎหมายอาญา
