तयोरलब्धलाभापगमने यस्यामित्रो महतो लाभाद्वियुक्तः क्षयव्ययाधिको वा स पार्ष्णिग्राहोऽतिसंधत्ते ॥ कZ_०७.१३.२० ॥

Transliteration

tayor alabdhalābhāpagamane yasyāmitro mahato lābhād viyuktaḥ kṣayavyayādhiko vā sa pārṣṇigrāho ’tisaṃdhatte

Translation

ในสองฝ่ายนั้น เมื่อผลประโยชน์ที่คาดหวังไม่ได้รับ หรือผลประโยชน์ที่ได้มากลับหลุดลอยไป ศัตรูด้านหลัง (ปารฺษฺณิคราหะ) จะดำเนินกลอุบายเกินขอบเขต เมื่อศัตรูของตนถูกตัดขาดจากกำไรมหาศาล หรือเมื่อความสูญเสีย/รายจ่าย (ของเขา) มากกว่า (กำไร)
