Transliteration
calāmitrādbhūmilābhe śakyasāmantato viśeṣaḥ
Translation
เมื่อได้ดินแดนมาจากพันธมิตรที่ไม่น่าไว้วางใจ ย่อมเกิดความได้เปรียบเชิงยุทธศาสตร์เหนือเจ้าเมืองข้างเคียงที่ควบคุมได้ (ศักยะ-สามันตะ)
