जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

หากนางเป็นผู้มาจากกลุ่มสังคมที่มีเกียรติ ไม่สมัครใจ หรือมีบุตรแล้ว เขาควรมอบนางคืนโดยรับนิษฺกรยะ (ค่าไถ่/ค่าชดเชย) ที่เหมาะสม
