Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

หรือผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้สัญจรอย่างเสรี (ผู้ถูกจำกัด) ควรดื่มได้เฉพาะในโรงดื่มของรัฐเท่านั้น.
