Concept: Even exalted yogic experiences (śakti at brahmarandhra) are to be transcended; liberation requires sequential refinement and letting-go into Sadāśiva/nāda culmination.
Application: In meditation, note subtler stages of sound/energy without grasping; use a deliberate ‘release’ step after peak experiences to avoid siddhi-attachment.

Related Themes: Agni Purana 88 (yogic nyāsa and nāda progression)
It teaches a Nāda-yoga method: contemplate the inner sound as Sadāśiva culminating at the Brahmarandhra, then progressively release attachment/identification even to the subtle Śakti at the crown.
Alongside ritual, dharma, and other sciences, the Agni Purana also preserves specialized yogic-tantric praxis—here, an interior meditation technology (nāda, brahmarandhra, śakti) aimed at liberation.
By sustained, sequential meditation and final letting-go at the subtlest level, the practitioner moves toward disidentification from all supports and thus toward mokṣa (release).
