Concept: Ritual order (dik-krama) aligns human dwelling with cosmic guardianship; prosperity is invited by honoring liminal points (doorway) and quarter-deities.
Application: Use directional zoning in construction/house rites; keep the entrance ritually pure and honored as Lakṣmī’s seat; pacify heavier Nairṛta energies via Vāstu-devatā worship.

Sandhi Resolution Notes:
Related Themes: Agni Purana 81 (Vāstu/Gṛha-pratiṣṭhā sequence: kumbha, dikpāla, pradakṣiṇā)
It teaches Vāstu-vidyā procedure: arranging a ritual seat/offerings in the Īśāna (north-east) on an auspicious ‘vardhanī’ spot, worshipping the Vāstu-deities in the Nairṛta (south-west), and performing Lakṣmī-pūjā at the doorway/threshold.
Alongside theology and myth, the Agni Purana preserves applied manuals—here, practical Vāstu and household-ritual instructions (dik-based placements, site-deity worship, threshold rites) that function like a compact ritual-architecture guide.
Correct directional worship harmonizes the dwelling with protective site-deities and invites auspiciousness; Lakṣmī worship at the entrance is specifically aimed at securing prosperity, well-being, and the unobstructed flow of good fortune into the home.
