Pavitrārohaṇa: Installing the Sanctifying Thread/Garland
दिक्षु शक्रादिदिक्पालान् विष्णुब्रह्मशिवादिकान् वर्धनीं सम्यगादाय घटपृष्टानुगामिनीं
dikṣu śakrādidikpālān viṣṇubrahmaśivādikān vardhanīṃ samyagādāya ghaṭapṛṣṭānugāminīṃ
ในทิศทั้งสิบ พึงกำหนด/ภาวนาผู้พิทักษ์ทิศเริ่มด้วยศักระ และอัญเชิญเทพเช่น วิษณุ พรหมา และศิวะ; แล้วจึงหยิบ “วรรธนี” (ทัพพีพรมน้ำ) ซึ่งตามส่วนด้านหลังของกะลศะอย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อประกอบพิธีกรรมต่อไป।
