Nārada’s Account of a Former Birth and a Hymn to Nārāyaṇa

एवमुक्त्वा गतो देवः सद्योऽदर्शनमुच्चकैः । अहं कलेवरं त्यक्त्वा कालेन तपसा तदा ॥ ३.२५ ॥

evam uktvā gato devaḥ sadyo 'darśanam uccakaiḥ | ahaṁ kalevaraṁ tyaktvā kālena tapasā tadā || 3.25 ||

ఇలా చెప్పి దేవుడు తక్షణమే పైకి వెళ్లి కనబడకుండా పోయెను. అప్పుడు నేను కూడా ఆ సమయంలో దేహాన్ని విడిచి, కాలప్రవాహం మరియు తపస్సు ద్వారా కొనసాగితిని।
