निपातदेशं संगृह्य शुचिदेशे समाहितः॥ नदीकूले निखाते वा प्रेतभूमिं विनिर्देशेत्॥

nipātadeśaṃ saṃgṛhya śucideśe samāhitaḥ || nadīkūle nikhāte vā pretabhūmiṃ vinirdeśet

నిపాతస్థానాన్ని సంగ్రహించి, శుచిస్థలంలో మనస్సు సమాధానంగా ఉంచి, నదీ తీరంలో గానీ తవ్విన చోట గానీ ‘ప్రేతభూమి’ని నిర్దేశించవలెను.
