The Merit and Ritual Procedure of Donating a Jaggery Cow

Guḍadhenu

इक्षुपादां रौप्यखुरां कम्बलं पट्टसूत्रकम् । आच्छाद्य पट्टवस्त्रेण घण्टाचामरभूषिताम् ॥

ikṣupādāṁ raupyakhurāṁ kambalaṁ paṭṭasūtrakam | ācchādya paṭṭavastreṇa ghaṇṭācāmarabhūṣitām ||

దాని కాళ్లు ఇక్షు (చెరకు)తో ఉండాలి, ఖురాలు రౌప్యమయంగా ఉండాలి; కంబళం మరియు పట్ట-సూత్ర (పట్టు దారం) అలంకారం ఉండాలి. పట్టవస్త్రంతో కప్పి, గంటలు మరియు చామరాలతో భూషింపవలెను.
