ityuktastaistadā viṣṇurdaityamāhūya saṃyuge | tāḍayāmāsa taṃ daityaṃ hṛdi pādukayā śubhe

వారి వాక్యమునకు విష్ణువు అప్పుడు యుద్ధమున దైత్యుని ఆహ్వానించి, శుభ పాదుకతో అతని హృదయస్థలమున కొట్టెను.
