Transliteration

śrutvaitadvacanaṃ so'pi munirugratapāstadā | pitā me yo hato devaisteṣāṃ kṛtyāṃ mahābalām

Translation

ఈ మాట విని ఆ ఉగ్ర తపస్వి అయిన ముని అప్పుడు ఇలా నిశ్చయించుకున్నాడు: 'నా తండ్రిని దేవతలు చంపారు కాబట్టి, వారిపై నేను మహాబలమైన కృత్యను (వినాశక శక్తిని) ప్రయోగిస్తాను.'
