स तान्समाश्वास्य सुरान्वरिष्ठं कोपानलं तत्र ययौ प्रहृष्टः । दृष्ट्वा च तं वै रविपुंजकाशमुवाच विष्णुर्वचनं वरिष्ठम्
sa tānsamāśvāsya surānvariṣṭhaṃ kopānalaṃ tatra yayau prahṛṣṭaḥ | dṛṣṭvā ca taṃ vai ravipuṃjakāśamuvāca viṣṇurvacanaṃ variṣṭham
ఆ దేవులను ధైర్యపరచి విష్ణువు ఆనందంతో అక్కడికి, ఆ అత్యంత ఉగ్రమైన ‘క్రోధాగ్ని’ వద్దకు వెళ్లాడు. సూర్యసమూహంలా ప్రకాశించే అతనిని చూచి విష్ణువు అత్యుత్తమ వచనాన్ని పలికాడు।
