अत्रस्थः साधयिष्यामि तां कृत्यां चिंतयन्हृदि । कृत्यां वा साधयिष्यामि यास्ये वा यमसादनम्

Transliteration

atrasthaḥ sādhayiṣyāmi tāṃ kṛtyāṃ ciṃtayanhṛdi | kṛtyāṃ vā sādhayiṣyāmi yāsye vā yamasādanam

Translation

అతడు హృదయంలో ఆలోచించాడు—“ఇక్కడే ఉండి ఆ కృత్యాను సిద్ధం చేస్తాను. కృత్యా సిద్ధమవుతుంది, లేకపోతే యమసదనానికి (మరణానికి) వెళ్తాను.”
