Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 20

शंखभेरीनिनादेन दुन्दुभिध्वनितेन च । गर्जद्भिर्गणवृन्दैश्च मेघस्वनितनिस्वनैः

śaṃkhabherīninādena dundubhidhvanitena ca | garjadbhirgaṇavṛndaiśca meghasvanitanisvanaiḥ

శంఖ-భేరీ నినాదంతో, దుందుభుల గంభీర ధ్వనితో, గర్జించే గణవృందాలతో—మేఘగర్జన వలె ఆ ధ్వని చుట్టూ వ్యాపించింది।
