Transliteration

mātāpitarāvūcatuḥ | ekaḥ pāpāni kurute phalaṃ bhuṃkte mahā janaḥ | bhoktāro vipramucyaṃte kartā doṣeṇa lipyate

Translation

తల్లిదండ్రులు అన్నారు—“ఒకడు పాపాలు చేస్తాడు; ఫలాన్ని మాత్రం ఏదో ‘మహాజనుడు’ అనుభవిస్తాడు. కేవలం భోగించేవారు విడిపోవచ్చు; కానీ కర్త దోషంతో లిప్తుడవుతాడు.”
