ईश्वर उवाच । इत्युक्तस्तु तदा चन्द्रः समुद्रस्य सुतेन वै । प्रहस्योवाच ब्रह्माणं चन्द्रमा लोकसाक्षिणम्
īśvara uvāca | ityuktastu tadā candraḥ samudrasya sutena vai | prahasyovāca brahmāṇaṃ candramā lokasākṣiṇam
ఈశ్వరుడు పలికెను—సముద్రపుత్రుడు ఇలా చెప్పగా, చంద్రుడు చిరునవ్వుతో లోకసాక్షియైన బ్రహ్మునితో పలికెను।
