yama uvāca | evametatsamākhyātaṃ tava sarvaṃ dvijottama | narakāṇāṃ svarūpaṃ tu karmaṇāṃ vai yathākramam

యముడు పలికెను—హే ద్విజోత్తమా! క్రమానుసారంగా నీకు అన్నీ వివరించాను: నరకాల స్వరూపమును, వాటికి దారితీసే కర్మలను।
