ఇట్లు శ్రీ స్కంద మహాపురాణంలోని ఏకాశీతి-సాహస్రీ సంహితలో, సప్తమ ప్రభాసఖండంలోని ప్రథమ ‘ప్రభాసక్షేత్రమాహాత్మ్య’ భాగంలో ‘వృషభధ్వజేశ్వరమాహాత్మ్యవర్ణనం’ అనే రెండువందల ఇరవయ్యవ అధ్యాయం ముగిసింది.
