Transliteration

likhitvā tacca yo dadyāddhemapadmasamanvitam | mārgaśīrṣe vidhānena tiladhenuyutaṃ tathā | tacca ṣoḍaśasāhasraṃ sarvakratuphalapradam

Translation

ఆ గ్రంథాన్ని వ్రాయించి స్వర్ణపద్మంతో కూడ దానం చేసి, మార్గశీర్ష మాసంలో నియమప్రకారం తిలధేనువుతో కూడ అర్పించే వాడు—ఆ శాస్త్రం పదహారు వేల శ్లోకాల పరిమాణమై, సమస్త యజ్ఞఫలాలను ప్రసాదించేదిగా చెప్పబడింది।
