पुरा कामो मया दग्धो यदा तत्र वरानने । तदा रतिः समागम्य विललाप सुदुःखिता
purā kāmo mayā dagdho yadā tatra varānane | tadā ratiḥ samāgamya vilalāpa suduḥkhitā
హే వరాననే! పూర్వకాలంలో నేను అక్కడ కామదేవుణ్ణి దహించినప్పుడు, రతి నా సమీపానికి వచ్చి తీవ్రమైన దుఃఖంతో విలపించింది।
