अयं तु नवमो द्वीपः कुमार्या संज्ञितः प्रिये । अष्टौ द्वीपाः समुद्रेण प्लाविताश्च तथापरे
ayaṃ tu navamo dvīpaḥ kumāryā saṃjñitaḥ priye | aṣṭau dvīpāḥ samudreṇa plāvitāśca tathāpare
ప్రియే, ఇది తొమ్మిదవ ద్వీపము; ‘కుమార్యా’ అని ప్రసిద్ధి. మిగిలిన ఎనిమిది ద్వీపములు సముద్రజలముచే ప్లావితమయ్యాయి.
