Transliteration

śirastu pūjayeddevi āyuṣyaṃ varcaseti vai | gāyatryā tu śikhāṃ pūjya nairṛtyāṃ tu vyavasthitām

Translation

ఓ దేవీ, ‘ఆయుష్యం వర్చసే’ అనే మంత్రంతో శిరస్సును పూజించాలి. అలాగే నైరృత్యంలో ఉన్న శిఖను గాయత్రితో పూజించాలి।
