Transliteration

kṣudhārto gītamabhyāgādviśvāmitraḥ śvajāghanīm | caṇḍālahastādādāya dharmādharmavicakṣaṇaḥ

Translation

ధర్మాధర్మాలను విచక్షణగా తెలిసిన విశ్వామిత్రుడు కూడా ఆకలితో బాధపడుతూ కుక్క మాంసాన్ని తీసుకొనుటకు వెళ్లి, చండాలుని చేతి నుండి దానిని స్వీకరించాడు.
