etatte kathitaṃ devi māhātmyaṃ pāpanāśanam | balātibalanāśinyā devyā sarvārthasādhakam | prabhāsakṣetrasaṃsthāyāḥ saṃkṣepātkīrtivardhanam

ఓ దేవీ, పాపనాశకమైన ఈ మహాత్మ్యాన్ని నీకు చెప్పాను—బలాతిబలనాశినీ దేవి యొక్కది, ఇది సమస్తార్థాలను సిద్ధి చేస్తుంది. ప్రభాసక్షేత్రంలో స్థితమైన దేవి యొక్క ఈ సంక్షిప్త వర్ణన కీర్తిని పెంపొందిస్తుంది।
