varṣārdhaṃ varṣamekaṃ vā siddhāste tattvacāriṇaḥ | āśvayukchuklapakṣe ca manvādiṣvaṣṭakāsu ca

Translation

అర్ధవత్సరం గానీ ఒక వత్సరం గానీ గడిచిన తరువాత తత్త్వనిష్ఠులైన సాధకులు సిద్ధిని పొందుతారు. విశేషంగా ఆశ్వయుజ శుక్లపక్షంలో, మన్వాది మొదలైన అష్టకా దినాలలో।
