Transliteration

bhrāmayennagaraṃ sarvaṃ nānāvādyaiḥ samanvitam | sthāpayedbhrāmayitvā tu sakalaṃ nagaraṃ nṛpaḥ

Translation

నానావిధ వాద్యాలతో కూడి సమస్త నగరాన్ని శోభాయాత్రగా పరిభ్రమింపజేయాలి; పరిభ్రమింపజేసిన తరువాత రాజు సమస్త నగరాన్ని యథాస్థానంలో స్థాపించాలి.
