tvayā sūta mahā buddhe bhagavānbrahmavittamaḥ | itihāsapurāṇārthe vyāsaḥ samyagupāsitaḥ

హే మహాబుద్ధిమాన్ సూతా! ఇతిహాస–పురాణాల అర్థతత్త్వంలో బ్రహ్మవిత్తముడైన భగవాన్ వ్యాసుని నీవు సమ్యక్గా సేవించి ఉపాసించితివి।
