teṣāṃ śarīragaṃ tejaḥ śaktiyairmaṃtrasattamaiḥ | ākṛṣya nyasayāmāsa maṃḍale tatra pārthiva

Translation

హే పార్థివా! శక్తులతోను శ్రేష్ఠమైన మంత్రాలతోను వారి శరీరస్థ తేజస్సును ఆకర్షించి అక్కడి మండలంలో స్థాపించాడు।
