tena śaptastu kopena sutārthe vṛṣabhadhvaja | hāsyenāpi mayā proktaṃ nānyathā saṃprajāyate

Translation

ఓ వృషభధ్వజా! కుమార్తె హితార్థమై అతడు కోపముతో (చంద్రుని) శపించెను; నేను కూడా హాస్యముగా పలికిన మాట సైతం ఇతరథా కాదే—నా వాక్యం తప్పక ఫలించును।
