शोकार्णवे परिक्षिप्य मां सभार्यं वयोऽधिकम् । तन्मा पुत्रक भूयस्त्वमीदृक्कर्म करिष्यसि
śokārṇave parikṣipya māṃ sabhāryaṃ vayo'dhikam | tanmā putraka bhūyastvamīdṛkkarma kariṣyasi
“వయసులో పెద్దవారమైన నన్ను, నీ తల్లిని కూడ, నీవు శోకసముద్రంలో పడవేసితివి. కనుక, పుత్రకా! ఇకపై ఇలాంటి కార్యం మరల చేయకు.”
