नृत्यंति देवि पद्माक्षि प्रसीदेति पुनःपुनः । ततः प्रसन्ना सा देवी व्रियतां स्वेच्छयाऽह तान्
nṛtyaṃti devi padmākṣi prasīdeti punaḥpunaḥ | tataḥ prasannā sā devī vriyatāṃ svecchayā'ha tān
వారు మళ్లీ మళ్లీ నర్తిస్తూ—“ఓ దేవి, పద్మాక్షీ, ప్రసన్నమవు!” అని వేడుకున్నారు. అప్పుడు దేవి సంతోషించి—“మీ ఇష్టమొచ్చిన వరం కోరండి” అని చెప్పింది.
