Transliteration

sādhūnāṃ varṇināṃ rājā na śiraskaṃ pradāpayet | na pravātedhaṭaṃ deyaṃ noṣṇakāle hutāśanam

Translation

సద్గుణసంపన్నులైన వర్ణినుల (దీక్షిత బ్రహ్మచారుల) విషయంలో రాజు ‘శిర’ దానమివ్వనీయకూడదు. గాలివీసే చోట ‘ధట’ అర్పణ చేయరాదు; అత్యధిక వేడిలో హోమం చేయరాదు.
