किं नः स्तुत्या तव नृप द्विजानामस्पृहावताम् । किं कुर्मस्त्वद्गुणग्रामाः स्तावकान्नः प्रकुर्वते

Transliteration

kiṃ naḥ stutyā tava nṛpa dvijānāmaspṛhāvatām | kiṃ kurmastvadguṇagrāmāḥ stāvakānnaḥ prakurvate

Translation

హే రాజా! ఆశలేని బ్రాహ్మణులమైన మా స్తుతి నీకు ఏమి ప్రయోజనం? అయినా మేమేమి చేయగలం—నీ గుణసమూహమే మమ్మల్ని నీ స్తోత్రకారులుగా చేస్తోంది.
