अनपत्या न तद्राष्ट्रे धनहीनोपि कोपि न । अवृद्धसेवी नो कश्चिदकांडमृतिभाक्च न
anapatyā na tadrāṣṭre dhanahīnopi kopi na | avṛddhasevī no kaścidakāṃḍamṛtibhākca na
ఆ రాజ్యంలో ఎవ్వరూ సంతానహీనులు కాదు; ఎవ్వరూ—ధనహీనులైనా—జీవనోపాధి లేకుండా ఉండేవారు కాదు; అర్హతలేనివారిని సేవించేవారు లేరు, అకారణ అకాలమరణం ఎవరికీ కలగలేదు.
