रोहिणी नाम या तासामभीष्टा साभवद्विधोः । शेषासु करुणां कृत्वा शप्तो दक्षेण चन्द्रमाः
rohiṇī nāma yā tāsāmabhīṣṭā sābhavadvidhoḥ | śeṣāsu karuṇāṃ kṛtvā śapto dakṣeṇa candramāḥ
వారిలో రోహిణీ అనే ఆమె చంద్రునికి అత్యంత ప్రియురాలైంది. మిగిలినవారిపై కరుణచేసి దక్షుడు చంద్రునికి శాపం విధించాడు.
