एवं स्तुतो महादेवः सोमराजेन पाण्डव । तुष्टस्तस्य नृपश्रेष्ठ शिवया शङ्करोऽब्रवीत्
evaṃ stuto mahādevaḥ somarājena pāṇḍava | tuṣṭastasya nṛpaśreṣṭha śivayā śaṅkaro'bravīt
ఓ పాండవా, సోమరాజు ఈ విధంగా స్తుతించగా మహాదేవుడు ప్రసన్నుడయ్యాడు. అప్పుడు శివా (ఉమా)తో కూడిన శంకరుడు ఆ శ్రేష్ఠ రాజుతో పలికెను.
