श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महाराज वरुणेश्वरमुत्तमम् । यत्र सिद्धो महादेवो वरुणो नृपसत्तम
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | tato gacchenmahārāja varuṇeśvaramuttamam | yatra siddho mahādevo varuṇo nṛpasattama
శ్రీ మార్కండేయుడు పలికెను—ఆపై, ఓ మహారాజా! నీవు ఉత్తమ వరుణేశ్వరమునకు వెళ్ళుము; ఓ నృపశ్రేష్ఠా, అక్కడ మహాదేవుడు వరుణుడు సిద్ధిని పొందెను।
