प्रार्थितोऽयं मया राजा सुतां दातुं न चेच्छति । तेन नष्टोऽग्निशरणादहं भो द्विजसत्तमाः
prārthito'yaṃ mayā rājā sutāṃ dātuṃ na cecchati | tena naṣṭo'gniśaraṇādahaṃ bho dvijasattamāḥ
“నేను ఈ రాజును తన కుమార్తెను ఇవ్వమని ప్రార్థించాను; కానీ అతడు అంగీకరించడు. అందువల్ల, ఓ ద్విజశ్రేష్ఠులారా, నేను అగ్నిశరణం నుండి అంతర్ధానమయ్యాను।”
