युधिष्ठिर उवाच । कोऽसौ सिद्धस्तदा ब्रह्मंस्तस्मिंस्तीर्थे महातपाः । पुत्रः कस्य तु को हेतुरेतदिच्छामि वेदितुम्
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | ko'sau siddhastadā brahmaṃstasmiṃstīrthe mahātapāḥ | putraḥ kasya tu ko heturetadicchāmi veditum
యుధిష్ఠిరుడు పలికెను— ఓ పూజ్య బ్రాహ్మణా! ఆ తీర్థంలో మహాతపస్సు కలిగిన ఆ సిద్ధుడు ఎవరు? అతడు ఎవరి కుమారుడు, అతని సిద్ధి పొందుటకు కారణం ఏమిటి? ఇది నేను తెలుసుకోవలెను।
