ये क्षान्तदान्ताः श्रुतिपूर्णकर्णा जितेन्द्रियाः प्राणिवधान्निवृत्ताः । प्रतिग्रहे संकुचिताग्रहस्तास्ते ब्राह्मणास्तारयितुं समर्थाः

Transliteration

ye kṣāntadāntāḥ śrutipūrṇakarṇā jitendriyāḥ prāṇivadhānnivṛttāḥ | pratigrahe saṃkucitāgrahastāste brāhmaṇāstārayituṃ samarthāḥ

Translation

క్షమాశీలులై, దమనశీలులై, శ్రుతితో కర్ణాలు పరిపూర్ణమై, ఇంద్రియజయులై, ప్రాణిహింసను వదలి, దాన-ప్రతిగ్రహంలో చేతిని సంకోచింపజేసి ఉండే ఆ బ్రాహ్మణులు ఇతరులను భవసాగరము దాటించగల సమర్థులు.
