Transliteration

nāstikā bhinnamaryādā ye niścayabahiṣkṛtāḥ | teṣāṃ siddhirna vidyeta āstikyādbhavate dhruvam

Translation

నాస్తికులు, మర్యాదలను భంగం చేసినవారు, దృఢనిశ్చయమునుండి బహిష్కృతులు—వారికి సిద్ధి లేదు. ఆస్తిక్యమువలననే నిశ్చయంగా విజయము కలుగుతుంది.
