लिङ्ग-बेर-प्रतिष्ठाविधिः / The Procedure for Installing the Liṅga and the Bera

मूर्ध्नि मूलेन लिंगस्य शिवहस्तं प्रविन्यसेत् । शतमर्धं तदर्धं वा क्रमाद्द्रव्यैश्च सप्तभिः

Transliteration

mūrdhni mūlena liṃgasya śivahastaṃ pravinyaset | śatamardhaṃ tadardhaṃ vā kramāddravyaiśca saptabhiḥ

Translation

లింగమూలానికి అనుగుణంగా, మూలమంత్రంతో శిరస్సుపై ‘శివహస్తం’ (శివముద్ర)ను విన్యసించాలి. తరువాత ఏడు ద్రవ్యాలతో క్రమంగా విధివిధానంగా—పూర్తి వంద, లేదా దాని సగం, లేదా దాని సగం యొక్క సగం—క్రియను నిర్వహించాలి.
