दशशैवव्रतप्रश्नः — Inquiry into the Ten Principal Śaiva Vratas
व्रतस्य करणान्नूनं शिवोऽहं सर्वदुःखहा । दद्मि भुक्तिं च मुक्तिं च सर्वं वै वाञ्छितं फलम्
vratasya karaṇānnūnaṃ śivo'haṃ sarvaduḥkhahā | dadmi bhuktiṃ ca muktiṃ ca sarvaṃ vai vāñchitaṃ phalam
ఈ వ్రతాన్ని ఆచరించుటవలన నేను—సర్వదుఃఖహరుడైన శివుడు—నిశ్చయంగా భోగమును, మోక్షమును, అలాగే కోరిన సమస్త ఫలములను ప్రసాదిస్తాను.
